HEP’s projects and initiatives have started in response to the information resource needs of the community. As we have learned about the community's needs and strengths, we have created related programs. We work hard to ensure that all of our programs remain vibrant and relevant to the community by evaluating and changing strategies when needed.

Through each program we will empower participants by improving access to information that can positively impact the community. We will use extension workers and resource people to reach out to the community and share information and skills. By training resource people and encouraging them to train others, we create an environment where information reaches many.
